Work for the Regional Director, handle all admin responsibilities:
computer data entry
clean and organize office space
answer phones
Phone follow-up with clients
schedule and prepare deliveries
ship and receive inventory
coordinate with factories, vendors and corporate offices as directed
make bank deposits
work with Director in planning and preparation to grow this region.
You must be very friendly and flexible, able to communicate clearly, use a computer, be very organized, and handle deadlines.
