Established construction company needs experienced receptionist/office manager. This individual must be a self-starter who can complete projects with minimal supervision and looks for additional work during downtime. Looking for the right attitude to manage office and increase others productivity 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Answering phones 
Process mail 
Confirm appointments 
Fax and email 
Data Entry 
Assist in purchasing 
Assist management 
Tracking projects in computer program 
Willingness to take on new tasks and additional work 
Thorough and detail oriented 

REQUIRED SKILLS: 
Answer phones 
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel 
Able to organize and streamline office activities 
Ability to quickly learn and utilize new computer software 
Ability to multi-task 
Ability to follow detailed instructions 
Ability to prioritize 
Professional and pleasant demeanor under stress
